    The Manly Savers have been playing Rugby in the Sydney competitions for over 110 years and has a very proud history that has it's roots well and truly anchored in the beach sand at South Steyne in Manly. Players have come from all corners of the earth to pull on the Black jersey, play hard and build life long friendships.

    Senior Teams play in the NSW Suburban Rugby Union Competition.

     

    Our senior teams are some of the best around, proven by our many wins over the years.

    Those looking to join our family can find us at Keirle Park, the Manly Life Saving Club or at the Hotel Steyne. While training takes place is at Keirle Park, Wednesdays at 7pm.

     

    Our seasons begin around Easter, keep an eye on our Facebook or Instagram page for the latest updates.

     

    We encourage everyone to attend, friends and family of our players are friends and family of the club.

    Training days & Game days

    During the season, you can find us training at Keirle Park on Wednesday evenings at 7pm, as well as at our home games on Saturday. Then afterwards, at the Hotel Steyne.

     

    Typical Training dates are:

    Pre season - Training is on Wednesdays and Saturdays from the beginning of February to Easter. We always play a few pre-season games and some 7s or 10s before the season starts.

    Season - Training is on Wednesdays and we play on Saturdays. April to late August.

    Finals - Early September

    Summer - Beach Touch at the end of The Corso - Wednesday's from 6:15pm

     

    Game Days are:

    All games are played on Saturdays during the season.

    • First Grade - 3.15 pm kick off 
    • Second Grade - 2 pm kick off
    • Colts - 12.45pm kick off

    Everyone in Manly Savers is encouraged to support all the teams from the sidelines, to respect the other teams and Referees, and to enjoy the drinks and food after the game.
